Important Update to Your Account Terms – Effective July 1, 2025
We’ve updated our Funds Availability Policy to reflect new guidelines under Regulation CC. These changes affect how quickly funds from check deposits are available and the thresholds for certain account exceptions. Here’s what you need to know:
- The minimum amount of deposited funds available the next business day after your deposit will increase to $275 (up from $225).
- The updated exception threshold for new accounts, large deposits, and repeated overdrafts will increase to $6,725 (up from $5,525).
All other terms of our Funds Availability Policy remain unchanged.
