In order to best serve our communities and members and to maintain our dedication to personal, customized financial service, our Saturday services has been adjusted as follows: 

The following offices are now Drive Thru only on Saturdays (with lobby service available by appointment only):

Baldwinsville, Fairmount, Manlius, North Syracuse, Skaneateles

Our Onondaga Hill Office (which does not have a Drive Thru), remains open for lobby transactions on Saturdays for:

Deposits, Withdrawals, Cashing Checks, Transfers, Loan Payments

In-office activities that require a Manager or Loan Officer such as account opening or applying for loan are by pre-reserved appointment only. Members can always view our loan rates online, use our Online Loan Application, and Online Account opening 24/7!

How to Make an Appointment

If you would like to sit with a manager for an in-office appointment on a Saturday for an Account Opening, Loan Inquiry, or other activity, you can call the branch to make an in-office appointment with a manager or use our Online Appointment Request.

Unlike some larger Financial Institutions, we tailor each account to the needs of our members. When you reserve an appointment with one of our managers or loan officers, they are ready to offer solutions, opportunities, and answer questions. The very nature of SECNY has been to serve its schools, students and their families, thus serving a very important part of the Central New York Community. We offer membership to any person working, living, worshipping, attending school, businesses and legal entities in Onondaga, Madison, Oswego and Cayuga counties.
