Credit Card Portal Upgrade

We are excited to announce that we upgraded our online credit card portal on April 30, 2024!

SECNY Credit Cards The upgrade includes a new and improved user interface, new online features for our Visa Business cards, and much more.

New Visa Platinum, MasterCard Platinum, & Mastercard World Portal

Designed to optimize your experience, the new easy-to-navigate application for accessing your credit card information provides a modern interface and can be used with any mobile device, including smart phones and tablets. Features include:

Instant online card activation instead of having to call to activate a card
Online card replacement request for when your card is damaged, to be shipped directly to your address
Create/Update card PIN instantly and at any time
Dispute Non-Fraud Transactions right from your statement activity

New Visa Business Portal

Manage your business credit card program with ease with our new Business Card online features! Operations are optimized through the delivery of information that helps you clearly understand the performance of your program and where funds are being spent. New capabilities include:

Promote higher employee engagement with easy-to-use expense tools
Enable quicker expense approvals via organized workflows
Drive better business decisions with insights into spend trends, merchant spend, and credit line usage
Control spend with tools for financial controls and audit documentation
Reduce overhead with cardholder self-service tools

PLUS: look for an enhanced online and credit card statement experience.

The good news is that if you are a current SECNY Visa or Mastercard Credit Cardholder your card number will not change, and you will be able to use your existing online banking username and password to login into the new system upon completion of the upgrade.

uChoose: If your credit card is registered with uChoose Rewards, the program will remain the same.
- If your credit card is linked through your debit card in uChoose Rewards and your points are pooled, log in to uChoose Rewards to confirm all cards are linked after 5/7. If a card is not linked, simply re-link the credit card while logged in to uChoose Rewards.
