Online Banking is even better!
On April 4th, Online Banking was updated with a fresh new look, making it simpler to use with convenient access to the same great features.
While the look changed, our services remain the same:
- Pay Bills and virtually anyone else with Bill Pay and Zelle®
- Transfer money between both internal and external accounts
- Track your expenses, create budgets, and set goals with AllData
- Monitor your Credit Score
- Securely view your account statements with eStatements
Q: Do I have to redo all my settings?
A: No. All of your account details were saved and are ready to use including transaction history, payee information and scheduled payments.
Q: Do I have to change my username or password?
A: No. The login process has not changed. Log in using your current credentials as usual.
Q: Why did the look change?
A: Online Banking was upgraded for friendlier navigation and a responsive design for better access across all of your devices with the same great features.
Q: Can I still access my Mortgage and Credit Card portals through online banking?
A: Yes. By clicking on the Mortgage or Credit Card in the Loans and Credit Cards list, a new window opens to these portals.
Q: Did the app change?
A: No. This update was only for online banking when accessed via a browser on a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
Q: Can I switch back to the old version?
A: No. This updated layout is more user friendly and device responsive than the previous version.
