Choose from a fixed rate loan or variable rate line of credit. Home Equity Mortgages are based on the equity you have built up in your home. Consolidate bills, finance your child's education and more! Interest may be tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor.

Home Improvement Loan

Designed for a variety of purposes such as energy conservation and various home improvement projects. Rates change periodically. Call the credit union office for current information. Life and Disability Insurance is available upon request for home equity mortgages and Home Improvement Loans.

Home Mortgage

SECNY FCU offers a wide variety of home mortgages with competitive rates and terms up to 30 years. In partnership with CUC Mortgage, we can offer a wider variety of first mortgage products with minimal down payments. SECNY FCU offers mortgages for purchase and refinances in Onondaga, Oswego, Cayuga and Madison counties. Bi-Weekly payment option and Jumbo mortgages also available.

• 1st Lien, Purchase, Refinance, Owner-Occupied, Primary Residence
• Up to 95% of appraised value
• Fixed rate for 5 years, adjusts annually on first day of the month following anniversary date
• No Points, Has Closing Costs, $395 Application Fee
• 30 year amortization
• Margin will be 2% rounded to nearest 1/8th
• Index will be 5-Year Treasury Constant Maturity
