With E-statements you can get your statement before anyone else, save the environment by using less paper, and increase the security of your private financial information.

• E-statements are delivered to members faster than mailed statements and are available within the first few business days of the new month or quarter.
• E-statements can’t get lost in the mail; they are accessible only when you log into your personal SECNY Virtual Branch account.
• Access to 13 months of statements from the date you sign up!
• E-statements are green! Online statements help the environment and reduce costs by cutting down on the paper used.
• E-statements guard against identity theft by eliminating mailed statements, which can sit in mailboxes unprotected from others.

Ready to make the switch? It’s Simple!

Step 1.

Already a Virtual Branch user, go to step 3.

Step 2.

Make sure you are signed up for Account Access. Go to our home page top right corner and click Sign up under the Account Access Login.

Step 3.

Once you are signed up for Virtual Branch, click on the “Self Service Tab” then click “E-statements” and complete the required information. It will take 24 hours for this change to become effective.
